Shipping

Orders are normally processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Additional processing time for large party and wholesale orders of 3 or more products are allowed due to required customization time. All masquerade mask items are shipped out in a strong, sturdy box with speedy delivery service.

Domestic U.S. states will receive their order within 5-7 business days once processed. 
We offer expedited shipping: For U.S. orders only - Add Priority Mail Rush Shipping (Delivers in 3-4 business days)

We received many requests for an expedite shipping option and we're here to help. Upgrade to Next Day Air Shipping to receive your order in 1-2 business days. (Please allow us 1 business day to create and process the items) For wholesale orders, please confirm for expedited shipping options.

International orders will receive their order in 10-14 business days once processed. 

Note: Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt delivery transportation time. USPS notifies that there may be possible delays in shipment due to uncontrollable weather conditions and also, the holiday season with high volumes of shipment in transit. However, our store promises to ship out your order in a speedy manner for the quickest delivery to you possible. We hope the information helped.

Import/Custom duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to the order.

 

Return Policy

We welcome returns for an exchange/refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable, however, for exchanges, we will ship out items to you with free standard ground delivery. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.We hope this helped, please message us at any time!

 

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging materials. This includes the product's original box, bag, tags, and any included accessories.
  • Items returned without the original packaging materials will be voided and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Returns and refunds will take 3-5 business days to process once unworn/undamaged condition is verified and confirmed. 

Restocking Fee:

 

  • Products such as costumes returned without their original packaging materials, or those with significant signs of wear or damage, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@beyondmasquerade.com or please leave us a Message on Contact Us  with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Wholesale and bulk orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges as items are confirmed upon ordering.

NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping return labels for packages to be sent back to us if a return for refund/exchange is requested. Returns must be sent back in unworn condition and all original packaging at customer's own expense. We recommend shipping item(s) back via USPS, FedEx or UPS with tracking and receipt for processing returns for refund/exchange. 

Large party orders:

Returns with a value of $500 and above will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for our customers. However, in order to cover the cost of creating, preparing and restocking of the items, we have implemented a restocking fee for high-value returns. 

If you wish to return an item/order that was purchased for $500 or more, customer will be responsible for paying a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and processed by our team.

Please note that the restocking fee applies to all eligible items, regardless of the reason for the return. Additionally, this policy applies to all purchases made on our website or in-store.z

Wholesale/Large Party Orders

Wholesale orders are non-returnable, but items that do not meet your needs can be exchanged if reported and returned for exchanged within 7 business days of receipt.

As a wholesale supplier, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality products at competitive prices. However, due to the nature of wholesale orders and the volume of products involved, we cannot accept returns on these orders. Instead, we offer an exchange policy for items that do not meet your needs.

If you receive a wholesale order that is defective or does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange by contacting our customer service team within 7 business days of receipt. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and how to select a replacement item of equal value. 

Please note that the following conditions must be met in order to be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must not have been used or altered in any way.
  • The item must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. Customer is responsible for returning items. 

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

In addition, we do not provide refunds for wholesale orders. Only exchanges are permitted.
